When will my order arrive?
Every poster is printed to order. Production takes 2-5 business days, then shipping adds 3-7 business days in the US and 5-14 business days internationally. You’ll get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
What sizes do you offer?
Our standard sizes are Small (8 x 12 in), Medium (12 x 16.5 in), and Large (16.5 x 23.5 in). Most designs are available with or without a frame; check the options on this product page for the exact choices available.
What’s the print quality like?
Each design is printed on premium 170gsm matte art paper through Gelato’s global production network. The result is a sharp, durable print with rich, accurate color.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every piece is made to order, we don’t accept returns or size exchanges for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a print defect, contact us within 14 days with your order number and a photo so we can make it right.
How do I track my order?
Once your poster ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder or contact us at connect@24posters.co with your order number.
