Widerrufsrecht
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We will only accept a return under these circumstances.
- The item you received is not the one you ordered.
- The product you received is damaged.
- The item has not arrived, and it has been within 30 days since the order was placed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without authorisation from us will not be accepted.
Please note that returns will need to be sent by tracked delivery to our UK returns address at your cost.
All return tracked shipping costs are liable to and covered by the buyer. Unfortunately we cannot compensate for any additional costs. All posters are made to order so we charge a 20% recycling fee on all returned items. We also deduct the designer commission we have paid to the designer of the poster.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 72 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us on info@24posters.co
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Each order is made to order, so we do not offer an exchange service.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Failed deliveries or returned to sender
Please ensure your name and delivery address is FULL and ACCURATE when placing your order. Please also consider adding telephone numbers to your order. As all orders are printed to order for customers, we do not refund 'returned failed-delivery' or 'returned to sender' or 'refused delivery' orders.
Customs and Duties
The majority of orders are not subject to customs or duties. However, there is a small chance your country's import authority may request import, customs or duties before releasing.
We do not refund any orders that are 'returned to sender' because of non-payment of any tax or duties that are requested by the customs or tax authority in your delivery country.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
